When an unexpected issue came up, the installer and Watersmart staff took control, took responsibility, acknowledged our inconvenience and worked quickly to resolve the issue not even related to their installation activity. "I am pleased to report a very positive service experience with Watersmart Systems. Approximately two years ago I purchased a Premier Series water softener from Water Smart Systems (14-105 Lexington Road Waterloo, Ontario N2J 4R7). Last week the system failed and the brine tank filled, and over flowed. I went back to the store for advice and was informed by the sales person that my softener was under warranty and someone would be out to look at it. The next day a service person diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty head unit - all at no charge to me. From my experience I can recommend Water Smart Systems as a reputable company with responsive service and a warranty that was honored without any fuss."

"We are new to the area and new to having hard water, and we recently purchased our water softener from this company after we received a marketing door knob hanger. From the moment we walked into the store, we were impressed with the attention and information we received. Having already had a home demonstration by another company, it was an easy decision to go with Watersmart Systems. The 2-man crew who came by to install were cheerful gentlemen, who gave us tips before leaving including one important warning -- the bathtub will be slippery! And sure enough, it was. "My wife and I recently purchased a home that did not have a water softener since the house was built. One company advised us to use the plumbing stack for drainage because of the location of the main water pipe, this was understandable. However, Watersmart advised us with a better alternative. Since they were licensed plumbers, they were able to find a location to cut some water pipes, and install the water softener near our laundry drain. They are very skilled professionals, and have great customer service. We also bought a reverse osmosis from them. "Watersmart installed a softener at my daughter's new house and I was there during the process. The installers were fast, friendly and courteous. They explained the process to install it and gave her clear instructions on how to use it. They did not leave until they were sure that there were no issues. They did a thorough clean up after they were done. My wife and I were looking for a new softener at the same time so we went to their store on Davenport. We had the same friendly service with no effort to sell us up to a larger model. We got a great deal and they installed it the next day, removing our old tank and unit. "I have bought my water at Watersmart for years and when I needed a softener I asked about their products in the showroom and the staff member impressed me with his knowledge about their softeners. I purchased a softener which they installed a couple days later exactly as they had promised. "Our family has used Watersmart Systems on three occasions now since September. We were nervous as we did not have a plumber to call on. We asked around and found that different friends and neighbours had had some challenging situations with different plumbing options and we were reluctant as to where to turn. *************** referred us to Watersmart Systems when we had a new countertop installed. *************** were excellent to deal with too by the way! The person who came from Watersmart was wonderful! He was hardworking, very knowledgeable and friendly. He provided us direction in how to further prepare for new countertops when he detached the current sink and when he came back to attach the new one he took time to share information and provided more guidance to us if we had any future difficulties. He took time to show us how to clean the sink/faucet and maintain it. This week, we had a problem with our upstairs bathroom plumbing and we called Watersmart Systems for help. Once again they provided excellent service and care. We feel blessed to have found their services and we do not hesitate to recommend them to others. We are not skilled in the area of plumbing and had to rely 100% on someone else. If you are in the same situation, we trust you will have a similar experience.
